If you have participated in the IREM Tri-State Conference and Expo in the past, we believe you will want to take advantage of this opportunity again in 2010 on February 18-19, 2010 at The Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa. This annual event attracts real estate professionals, property managers, and building engineers throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Conference will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The exhibit floor will be open during registration and lunch on Thursday, February 18th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

A Networking Breakfast will take place the next morning from 9:00 a.m. until noon, with keynote speakers, Dan Thurmon and Philip Solomon.

Exhibit space for the expo provides a skirted table for table top displays or, if you require additional space for your exhibit, you may reserve two tables to be placed side by side. We are unable to provide accommodations for wall hangings or freestanding displays. Expo Floor Plan

Below are links to a printable and an online exhibitor information form for your convenience; we suggest you return the form as soon as possible to ensure the best location. Reservations are on a first come first paid basis. The cost of exhibiting for Friends of IREM companies from NJ Chapter 1, Delaware Valley Chapter 3 or SNJ Chapter 101 is $750 per table and provides not only your space, but two tickets to Lunch, Expo Reception, Evening Networking event at MIXX, and Networking Breakfast the following morning. For all other exhibitors, the cost is $950. See the exhibitor signup form, for full details.

Special room rates of $149 are available at The Borgata on a limited basis. Be sure to mention the “Institute of Real Estate Management or IREM Conference” when you call 866-MYBORGATA (1-866-692-6742) for the special IREM Tri-State Conference rates by January 25, 2010. Confirmation for your Expo reservation will be sent via e-mail or fax upon receipt of your exhibitor form and payment. Booth locations will be confirmed one week prior to the Expo.
